Booking Terms & Conditions
By submitting an enquiry, you agree to the following terms when your booking is confirmed.
1. Bookings & Payment
50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking and lock the venue slot.
The remaining balance must be paid by the previous day of the event.
Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque.
2. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation when cancelled more than 1 week before the event.
10% cancellation fee if cancelled within 1 week of the event.
20% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the event.
3. Caution Deposit
A refundable caution deposit of ₹10,000 is required for every booking.
The deposit is returned in full one day after the event, provided there are no damages to the venue, equipment, or property.
If damages occur, the venue reserves the right to forfeit the deposit (in part or in full) and may pursue additional charges.
4. Capacity & Conduct
Maximum venue capacity is 200 attendees. Exceeding this is a safety violation and grounds for immediate cancellation.
The customer is responsible for the conduct of all attendees.
Outside food & beverages are subject to prior approval.
